Project Description

Leadenhall Street is the historic nucleus of modern London as well its primary financial district. Having housed such massive companies as the East India Company and now Llyods of London. Leadenhall also hosts one of London’s oldest markets – Leadenhall market, which originates from the 14th Century.

We are proud to have been part of the team to develop this 225m glass and steel structure in the Centre of modern London which causes people to pause and look up! With over 18,000 tonnes of steel being used for the building and well over 3,000,000 man hours to build 122 Leadenhall Street, informally call “The Cheesegrater” is a testament to innovation we have in the City.

Contracted by Michael J Lonsdale to provide Plumbing, above ground drainage and office fit out throughout the massive 48 floor project including all the toilet, shower and washroom facilities as well as hot and cold water supply to office amenities.
